I have no idea what I'm doing because I'm not well versed in modding my own server or anything like that so after some attempts, I submitted a ticket. I probably got a response within the same day if I would have just checked back in sooner. So, after some more embarrassing attempts I made another ticket since I got such a fast response time the first time. This time I was more vigilant over my email and BOOM a reply in just a few hours. So even though I have no idea what I am doing it is amazing to know if I need to submit a ticket for help, I could possibly have a solution or advice within the same day.”
