I have used their services for a variety of personal and work projects (mostly Minecraft and web hosting) over the past ~5+ years. Their support is unmatched in my opinion. You might get a quicker response from a bigger company but you certainly won't get the same level of technical knowledge in replies and likely will be hit with frustrating boilerplate responses.Jordan is very knowledgable and always happy to help.
