“First off, I’m impressed. Rene and Dristen have been absolutely fantastic. From the moment I ordered my server, Rene helped me get everything set up and running smoothly. He even went out of his way to assist a friend of mine who was dealing with severe DDoS attacks.Dristen also personally helped me with an OS reinstall on my dedicated server when I ran into issues, which I really appreciated. Their support is handled through Discord DMs, so I am not stuck waiting around for replies. I am speaking directly with management and the founder, which makes the whole experience feel much more responsive and personal.Their custom firewall panel and DDoS protection are excellent. I have not experienced any downtime from attacks like I have with other hosting providers, which has made a huge difference in reliability.I cannot recommend them highly enough.
