In a world where everything is 10x more complicated than it should be - largely because everyone assumes automation is ALWAYS better - it was so nice to stumble into such a competent, humanistic experience in the LEAST likely of places!As a complete noob with Minecraft/mods/servers tasked with the job of setting up a private server for my son and his friends, the homepage for bananaservers was initially a bit daunting. Within seconds, though, of clicking the chat bubble and entering a query for help, I was walked through the entire process - step by step - BY A HUMAN!! Chris (yes, a real human) was friendly, competent and communicated very clearly what needed to happen while patiently answering all of my stupid questions in real time at 22:30PST.
