Support is good although sometimes takes a while, although the instant support guys on other hosts respond quickly they've always left me fixing things myself. But I've only reached out to support twice i the past year as everything works as it should. The backup feature is so awesome, it not only backs up your whole config, but the characters and mods, so even after upoading and changing things, if you restore a backup literally everything will be as when you made the backup, I've never had this on other hosts. Just try it, it's too awesome to go somewhere else, can't beat the price for the quality of service!”
